September interview- Matthew Woppel

It´s time for the interview again, but at this time we have an super special interviewee person and I am very excited to do this! Let me indroduce, a 21 years old guy from Chicago: Matthew!

So. You´re really special, because (yay!) you´re my first male interviewee! Tell a little bit about yourself.

What is your name, where are you from and how old are you?
Matthew Woppel, Chicago, 21 (22 on November 3rd).

How would you describe yourself and your style?
I'm really outgoing and love hanging out with new people (cliche I know). As for style I feel like it changes from day to day. I like having articles of clothing I can make versatile and create more than one outfit with. I also like having one of a kind pieces.
What makes you so interested in fashion?
I love the fact that fashion gives you the ability to express yourself and allows you to get creative with how you look, you get to be an individual and unpredictable instead of just wearing what everyone else is wearing or what is 'cool' at the moment.

Matthew, I definitely agree with you!
What do you love about where you live?
I love having a city atmosphere and the fact that no matter what day of the week it is, there is always something to do. Both in the day and at night.

What are your top 3 places to visit in Chicago?
For shopping: go to Topshop downtown, Akira Chicago in Wicker Park, and Brink Dwellers which is a vintage/thrift shop in Logan Square (and for a great burger everyone has to try Kuma's Corner).
What kind of clothes are in fashion in your country right now?
Pretty much anything studded or spiked and the american flag print is everywhere.

Your favourite colour(s) of the moment are:
Black and blue.

Next place you want to travel to?
I've never been to New York or Europe, so those are my top two places.
What is your next "must have" purchase?
I want an iPhone really bad so I can buy all the cool cases!

What should I ask the next interviewee?
What is your favorite article of clothing?

Places where to find Matthew:
Lookbook and he has also tumblr. Make sure, that you check out both sites, because they are so cool. I promise!

Thank you again so much Matthew, it was very nice to talk with you! I really like your casual and comfortable style with great details. Keep going!
